In MeetingBooster, besides being invited to meetings, you may be assigned tasks to complete. In addition, if your security roles allow it, you can create tasks and assign them to other users in the organization's MeetingBooster installation.
For more information on viewing tasks, see "Viewing meetings and tasks". For more information on editing and updating tasks assigned to you, see "Editing tasks". For more information on creating, assigning, sending, exporting, and deleting tasks, see "Managing tasks" and "Using task permissions".
If you use the Microsoft Outlook plug-in to synchronize tasks between MeetingBooster and Microsoft Outlook, you will also see all MeetingBooster tasks assigned to you in Microsoft Outlook; for more information, see "Managing MeetingBooster tasks in Microsoft Outlook".
If your security roles allow it, you can create projects in MeetingBooster to group tasks. Projects serve as a useful way of organizing tasks for specific purposes across meetings. For more information, see "Working with projects".
