The tables below summarize how indexes and other important metrics used in the dashboard reports are calculated.
For several indexes, you can define the company goal or goals used, and you can adjust the default parameter weighting. For details, see "Managing dashboard settings".
There are no indexes for any of the Feedback reports. The metrics used are explained in "Using feedback reports".

(on track score) / (company goal for on track score)
On track score: max(0, min(50, 1-((difference between scheduled and actual start in minutes - on track leeway allowed in minutes) / (on track leeway allowed in percent * planned meeting duration)) * 50)) + max(0, min(50, 1-((difference between scheduled and actual end in minutes - on track leeway allowed in minutes) / (on track leeway allowed in percent * planned meeting duration)) * 50)) |
Company goal: % On Track This metric also uses the on track leeway allowed (in minutes and in percent of meeting length) set for the Host Performance report; see below |

Parameter weighting: Meeting and Meeting Series Performance Report (Preparation Index, On Track, Contribution Index, Feedback Index) These parameter weightings apply to both the Meeting Performance report and the Meeting Series Performance report. Values are calculated for the selected meeting when calculating the Meeting Index and for the selected meeting series when calculating the Meeting Series Index. |

Parameter weighting: Notes/Mtng Index, Absence Index, Accountability Index, Feedback Index |
The On Track metric in the Meeting Performance and Meeting Series Performance reports differs from the indexes in that its value cannot be higher than 100. The metric calculates and assigns points to each meeting depending on whether it was started and ended on time, or within the allowed leeway.
For both start and end time, the meeting can get a maximum of 50 points, for a maximum total score of 100. If the meeting starts and/or ends within the scheduled time plus the leeway allowed in minutes, it gets 50 points for start and/or end time, respectively. If the start and/or end time exceeds the scheduled time plus the leeway allowed in minutes and percent, the meeting gets 0 points for start and/or end time, respectively. If the actual start and/or end time lies between the leeway allowed in minutes and the leeway allowed in percent, the score is between 0 and 50 points for the start and/or end time, respectively.

The Efficiency Improvements report uses parameters associated with other reports; when used in this report, they show the average value for meetings hosted by the selected host or belonging to the selected meeting series. The only additional parameter is % Contributing Attendees which shows the average value for attendees who have contributed at least one comment in a meeting for meetings hosted by the selected host or belonging to the selected meeting series.
