The Time Distributor feature distributes the time of the meeting among the topics on the agenda. This helps you distribute the remaining time of the meeting if not all of the time has been used. It also helps you to fix any time conflicts in the agenda.
Click Time Distributor . The following dialog opens.
Select whether topic durations should be kept or if they may be changed.
Select the maximum duration of topics that should not be split. Topics longer than this may be split into two topics by the Time Distributor to solve certain situations, as explained in the table below.
Click OK to start the Time Distributor.
Locking a topic means that its start and end times cannot be changed by MeetingBooster. For more information, see "Creating an agenda".
The following table describes how the Time Distributor handles some common agenda issues:

Solution |
The first topic is not locked and starts after the meeting start time |
The start time of the topic is modified so that it starts at the meeting start time |
The first topic is locked and starts after the meeting start time |

The end time of a non-locked topic overlaps the start time of a locked topic |
If the non-locked topic is longer than the time specified in the dialog, it is split into two topics. The start time of the second topic is modified so that it starts after the locked topic. If the non-locked topic is shorter than the time specified (and thus cannot be split), the entire topic is moved, and a break is inserted at its previous position |
There is a gap between a locked topic and a non-locked topic |
The start time of the non-locked topic is modified to coincide with the end time of the locked topic |
The start time of a non-locked topic is after the start time of a subsequent non-locked topic |
The start and end times of both non-locked topics are corrected |
The start time of a locked or non-locked topic is after the start time of a subsequent locked topic |
The two topics are swapped on the agenda |
The start time of a locked topic is after the start time of a subsequent non-locked topic |
The start time of the non-locked topic is modified so that it starts after the locked topic |
