Rescheduling a meeting

Both single meetings and recurring meetings can be rescheduled as long as they have not been executed.

From the MeetingBooster site

Click the meeting title under Upcoming Meetings.

Select a new date and new start and end times for the meeting.

If there may be a conflict with the meeting time selected, a warning icon is shown.

If the selected meeting time conflicts with the schedule of one or more of the selected attendees, a warning dialog is shown. For more information, see "Inviting attendees".

Click Save and Close.

From Microsoft Outlook

Open the meeting in the calendar.

Select a new date and new start and end times for the meeting as you would normally do for meetings in the email client.

If there may be a conflict with the meeting time selected, the email client issues a warning. Note, however, that the client will only be able to check its local calendar.

If the selected meeting time conflicts with the schedule of one or more of the selected attendees, a warning dialog is shown. For more information, see "Inviting attendees".

Save and close the rescheduled meeting.

When a meeting has been rescheduled, the updated information in synchronized between the email client and the MeetingBooster server the next time a synchronization is run.
